How each type of account issue is approached

These scenarios explain the diagnosis, work and objective. They are not presented as client results.

Account Verification (Section 3)

Situation: Seller with the account suspended after Amazon rejected their verification documents three times.

How it is assessed: We identified a discrepancy between the tax and bank addresses, reorganised the documentation, and responded to the verification.

Objective: Submit a consistent, discrepancy-free file so that the verification team can validate your identity and business.

Improper use of brand / authenticity

Situation: Authenticity complaint with removal of multiple ASINs and an appeal already rejected for 'invalid documentation'.

How it is assessed: We reconstruct the supply chain with valid invoices and a Plan of Action focused on the root cause.

Objective: Prove the traceability of the product and respond precisely to the infringement communicated by Amazon.

Account Linking (multi-account)

Situation: Suspension due to association with an old account sharing IP and device with a partner.

How it is assessed: We documented the actual separation of both businesses and justified the false positive to Amazon.

Objective: Demonstrate the separation of the businesses or explain a legitimate relationship with verifiable documentation.

Funds on hold / not established

Situation: Frozen payouts and account marked as 'not established' after a sales spike.

How it is assessed: We regularise the tax and establishment information with the exact documentation Amazon requested.

Objective: Align fiscal, corporate, and banking information to resolve the review that keeps payments blocked.

Appeal already rejected (2nd attempt)

Situation: Four plans of action submitted and rejected; the seller considered the account lost.

How it is assessed: We analyse each rejection, rebuild the case from scratch, and escalate through the appropriate channels.

Objective: Submit a new proposal that corrects the reason for the previous rejection, rather than using another attempt with the same text.

Performance (ODR / shipments)

Situation: Suspension due to defective order rate exceeding the threshold following logistical problems.

How it is assessed: Root cause diagnosis, specific corrective actions, and data-driven plan of action.

Objective: Prove corrections already implemented and preventive controls that reduce the risk of the issue recurring.

Amazon decides every outcome. Timing depends on the evidence and the reviewing team.
